On March 6, 2025, Sree Gokulam SNGM College of Pharmacy proudly celebrated National Pharmacy Education Day by organizing a special Pharmacist Awareness Quiz Competition as part of Jan Aushadhi Diwas 2025.
The event was conducted in association with the Pradhan Mantri Bhartiya Janaushadhi Kendra and led by Jan Aushadhi pharmacist Ms. Revathi. The quiz aimed to raise awareness about the importance of generic medicines and their role in promoting affordable and accessible healthcare across the country.
Students participated enthusiastically, demonstrating strong knowledge and awareness about the objectives of the Jan Aushadhi initiative. Winners were honored with certificates and mementos, recognizing their excellence and active participation.
This event served as a valuable platform to promote the message of cost-effective medication and the evolving role of pharmacists in public health.
