The Electoral Literacy Club (ELC), functioning under the SVEEP Division of the Election Commission of India, collaborated with Sree Gokulam SNGM College of Pharmacy to organize a Live Voting Demonstration for students as part of the Electoral Literacy Initiative.
The programme aimed at creating awareness about the electoral process, the importance of informed voting, and the responsibilities of citizens in a democratic nation. Through a practical demonstration of the voting procedure, students gained first-hand understanding of how elections are conducted, including the functioning of voting systems and the significance of ethical participation.
